24 Hours to a Better Life

24 hours.  One day.

What if you only got one?  What would you do with it?  Who would you see?  How would you act?  Where would you go?

March is Endometriosis Awareness month. What is Endometriosis? How do you know if you have it?

Endometriosis is when cells from the lining of the uterus grow in other areas of the body. These cells respond to monthly hormonal changes the same way as cells still inside the uterus, they grow, and sometimes even bleed a little along with the regular blood flow. This causes pain.

Endometriosis is often misdiagnosed, or undiagnosed. Endometriosis is known as the “unknown illness”, it affects over six million women and endometriosis can affect fertility later on in life. Endometriosis is a common gynecological diagnosis and most cases are diagnosed between the ages of 25 and 35. If you are experiencing pain and heavy periods monthly tell your doctor. Detecting and treating endometriosis early can help with the future of your fertility and alleviate painful menstruation.

Take Control of Your Pain Management and Recovery

If you are one of the estimated one in three Americans who suffers from chronic pain (American Pain Society), you have likely sought out some sort of treatment. In fact, you’ve probably tried a whole host of solutions, including prescription pain medication, massage, acupuncture, chiropractic and more. You may even be considering going under the knife.

Almost all of these pain solutions provide some benefit, but the drawback is that they are all temporary fixes that either mask or manage the pain instead of fixing it permanently.

This is where I truly believe my unique and patented postural realignment program stands out. Not only does my program identify the causes of a client’s pain through the use of my patented Postural Assessment Tool, but it actually gives clients the power to eliminate their pain through stretches and exercises that help them correct misalignments.
